The team behind ContentBot believes that AI content should be used ethically. Due to the nature and power of the AI behind the product, there exists the ability to misuse the product and create mass disinformation at scale.

In an attempt to ensure the ethical use of our product, we have decided to implement a new automated monitoring system.

With each identified violation against our content policy, the user will be emailed with the prompt. The user will have an opportunity to respond to the email.

At any point you may appeal a warning using the live chat feature on our website or simply responding to the email you received. Our automated system may from time to time incorrectly identify your prompts as violations. If you feel this has taken place, please get in touch with us and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

It is possible to be whitelisted for certain types of content, depending on whether or not you are an expert in that field. Please see this page for more information.

Our automated system is still in beta and we may still tag your prompt incorrectly. Should you feel that you were incorrectly warned, please get in touch with us.
