Definition

The team behind ContentBot believes that AI content should be used ethically. Due to the nature and power of the AI behind the product, there exists the ability to misuse the product and create mass disinformation at scale.

In an attempt to ensure the ethical use of our product, we have decided to implement a new scoring system called the Honor Score.

The Honor Score is a score out of 100 where if a user has a score of 100, that means the user is in excellent standing with our product and has not violated our content policy.

Your Honor Score can be viewed in your Profile page once logged in.

Violations

With each identified violation against our content policy, the user's score will drop by one. With each drop in score a user will receive a warning via email. Should the score drop below 97, the user's account may be banned and the user may not be allowed to use ContentBot again in the future.

Appeals

At any point you may appeal your Honor Score by using the live chat feature on our website. Our automated system may from time to time incorrectly identify your prompts as violations. If you feel this has taken place, please get in touch with us and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Seeking approval for censored content

It is possible to be whitelisted for certain types of content, depending on whether or not you are an expert in that field. Please see this page for more information.

Please note

Our Honor Score system is still in beta and we may still tag your prompt incorrectly. Should you feel that you were incorrectly warned, please get in touch with us.
