ContentBot.ai offers a 7 day money-back guarantee on all monthly/yearly subscription plans. The full total amount that was paid over to ContentBot.ai will be refunded upon request unless the following has taken place:
The customer has used over 15% of their allocated credits
The customer requests a refund after the 7 day period

ContentBot will refund any payment made on our platform only if the following conditions are met:
The customer has not used more than 15% of their purchased credits
