The Publishing of a Contentbot.ai document to Zapier can be configured as the trigger to a Zap. Any Long form Document can be Published. Please see the following video that covers how to publish a document.
Step 1
Navigate to your documents folder https://contentbot.ai/app/documents and open the document you would like to publish
Step 2
Navigate to File -> Publish -> Zapier
Your Document is now placed in a queue, which is cleared and Processed when Zapier requests documents from us.
After a short while, if you have set up any Zaps with a Contentbot.ai Publish trigger, you will be able to see that any Zaps associated with the Contentbot.ai Publish trigger have been processed. This can be seen by navigating to the Zapier tile on the Integrations Page and selecting Zap History (which open the Zapier Zap history page)
