Every: The day of the week that the flow should run
Hour: The hour of the day that the flow should run
Minute: The minute of the day that the flow should run
Examples
Example 1: This flow will trigger on a Wednesday at 10:00 AM (GMT+2) which will create a blog post in a document.
Example 2: This flow will trigger at 6:00 AM (GMT+8) on Monday which will send an email with an inspiration tip
